Manheim Township Educational Foundation provides grants to district educators, school groups and students to support exciting and innovative ideas for projects that directly benefit students, enhance educational programs, or promote community involvement. Ideas developed in grant projects often become part of the district’s regular educational program. MTEF’s efforts are funded through various sources including EITC contributions, memorial funds, and general donations from the community including parents, alumni and educators.
General Grants
MTEF reviews and awards general grants twice annually – during a fall cycle and a spring cycle. The next grant deadline is Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Educators, school groups and students are encouraged to submit funding requests for projects that enhance curriculum or school environment and directly benefit students, especially those that incorporate new technologies and innovative practices, facilitate peer-to-peer interaction or involve hands-on, experiential learning. Please be sure to review these guidelines before beginning the online grant application.
